We've spent the last 8 years helping founders turn ambitious ideas into fundable businesses—raising over ₹675 crore in capital, mentoring 3,000+ founders and partnering with 100+ startup incubators across India.

A note from our founder
Most companies write their values once, print them and hang them on a wall. Ours grew the other way round.
We watched what made great startups great, and we took what worked. We borrowed some from startup founders we worked with — the ones building against the odds — and we took what they taught us. Over the years, the list changed. Things that sounded good but didn't hold up under pressure fell away. What remained is what you see here.
These eight values are not aspirations. They are descriptions. They are how decisions actually get made at FundEnable — including the difficult ones. Every internal meeting at FundEnable begins with our values. Not as a ritual to get through, but because the toughest calls — which client to take on, when to push back, when to say no — are easier when everyone in the room already agrees on what we stand for.
The Eight Pillars FundEnable Stands On
The mindset behind everything else on this list.
We are all founders of FundEnable. There are no "employees" here — we behave like owners and take full responsibility.
Take bold decisions and have confidence in your own capabilities.
Respect and humility form the foundation of every interaction at FundEnable.
Give honest feedback and never hold back from expressing disagreement.
Innovation thrives within constraints. Find solutions within limited resources and focus on profitability.
Our success is intertwined with the success of our clients. When clients win, we win.
Celebrate festivals, take breaks, spend time with loved ones, and enjoy your work.
At FundEnable, we work with ambition, intensity and purpose. But we also believe that the journey should be filled with laughter, friendships and unforgettable moments. That's why our culture is built around one simple philosophy: Work Hard. Celebrate Harder.
From pickleball matches and board game nights to stand-up comedy shows, impromptu jam sessions in the office and team outings, we make time to connect beyond work. Every birthday, every festival, every milestone and every achievement is celebrated together because we believe success is best enjoyed as a team.
At FundEnable, you'll find a team that pushes each other to grow, supports one another through challenges and celebrates every win, big or small. Because while we're passionate about helping founders build extraordinary companies, we're equally passionate about building an extraordinary team.
Build More Than a Career. Build a Company.
At FundEnable, we don't want to just build businesses—we want to build founders. The FundEnable Founders Program (FFP) is our commitment to identifying exceptional people within the team and giving them the opportunity to become founders at FundEnable.
As part of FFP, you could:
If you consistently put clients first, take ownership, move with urgency and think beyond your job description, the next founder at FundEnable could be you.
Learn Venture Capital by Living It.
The FundEnable VC Ecosystem Immersion Fellowship is a three-month experiential internship designed for students and young professionals who want to understand how the venture capital and startup ecosystem really works.
This isn't a typical internship where you're limited to research or spreadsheets. You'll work alongside our team on live fundraising mandates, interact with founders, investors and incubators, contribute to strategy discussions, and help build real businesses from the ground up.
From investor outreach and startup evaluation to financial modelling, pitch decks and ecosystem partnerships, you'll gain hands-on exposure to every aspect of the fundraising journey.
What You'll Experience
Where It Can Take You
Our fellows have gone on to build successful careers at leading venture capital firms, investment banks, startups and consulting firms. More importantly, they leave with practical experience, confidence and a deep understanding of how the startup ecosystem operates.
Don't just learn about venture capital. Experience it from the front line.
